*Eligibility for Refunds*

1. Billing Errors: Should you identify a billing error; we ask that you notify us within 7 days of receiving your invoice. We will thoroughly investigate any reported discrepancies and issue a refund for any verified errors.

2. Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of Post service Fee has been paid. As we raise an invoice after services rendered and do not take any advance fee. We will work diligently to address your concerns. If we are unable to resolve the issues to your satisfaction, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Cancellation of Services: If you decide to cancel our services, please provide written notification at least  7 days prior to the next billing cycle. Refunds for unused services will be evaluated based on the cancellation date.

Completed Services: Charges for services that have been finalized and delivered.
